Paramedics have blasted a reported order from ambulance chiefs to leave patients at hospital after 15 minutes. The order, reported in the Sunday Times today, and since confirmed by North West Ambulance paramedics to the Manchester Evening News, was in place for four hospitals in Greater Manchester on November 30.

They were Oldham, Bolton, Wythenshaw, and North Manchester General.
