Declan Donnelly surprised Ant McPartlin on the set of I'm A Celeb with a very special birthday gift – a multi-function pen. The duo went viral last month for their pure and wholesome reaction to a multi-use pen; it wasn't just for writing, it was a stylus, a spirit level, and a screwdriver all in one.

Phillips and flat head no less. But that wasn't to be the last we saw of the implement...Ant turned 45 on Wednesday (18 November) so Dec decided to really pull out all the stops, gifting him a giant present – which was actually just a load of increasingly smaller boxes inside bigger boxes until it came to a flat-ish rectangle – and lo, as we live and breathe, there was the pen.
