There was a horrifying situation on the set of the new America’s Got Talent spinoff. Jonathan Goodwin, a stuntman on the new America’s Got Talent: Extreme series, suffered serious injuries after a stunt gone so wrong, people on the set thought he was dead, via TMZ. Click inside to read more… According to production sources, he was suspended 70 feet in the air in a straightjacket hanging by his feet from a wire, and two cars were suspended on either side of him.

The stunt was for him to free himself and fall onto an air mattress to avoid the cars crushing him as they swung in the air.
