Alton Towers have warned visitors not to travel to the theme park after a thunderstorm cut off the water supply to the attraction.The park have been forced to turn away large numbers of visitors to the Staffordshire site and bosses are urging families not to turn up while they fix the damage.It is understood there are huge queues of cars forming at the site as staff direct people away from the park.It comes after a huge thunderstorm and thousands of lightning bolts struck the North Staffordshire area on Tuesday night, causing power to go off.The theme park made the announcement that they would not be admitting any more guests following the damage to the park in the early afternoon.A statement on the Alton Towers social media account on.
