X Factor winner James Arthur 'splits' from girlfriend Jessica Grist after nine years

James Arthur has split from his girlfriend of almost a decade, Jessica Grist, according to reports.The 33 year old, who shot to fame when he won The X Factor in 2012, met Jessica on the singing competition show when she was working as a backing dancer.

But it is believed the pair have decided to call it quits almost nine years after meeting, with it being reported they have "grown apart" over recent months during lockdown.
