Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

BGT semi-finals which usually would have aired live in May.But due to lockdown, only the audition stages aired and the ITV show has been waiting to come back for the final stages.The semi-finals will take place over five Saturday's, in a break from the usual five nights in a row tradition, before a live final in October.As usual, Ant and Dec will host the shows which start on Saturday September 5 at 8pm whilst Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.However, viewers will notice the programme is without it's main judge Simon Cowell.Instead, Amanda will become head judge in his absence and Diversity's Ashley Banjo will take the fourth place on the panel, more than ten years after his dance troupe won the show.But where is he and why.
