Victor Lindelof substituted with back injury during Leicester vs Manchester United

The Swede has been struggling with a chronic back problem that first began troubling him over a year ago, but has been managing the pain for much of the season and started in all but one of United's 14 Premier League matches this term.

Lindelof hobbled off with around a quarter of the match remaining at the King Power Stadium. Speaking about the problem earlier this month, Lindelof said: "I’ve been struggling a little bit with my back in the last couple of months but I’m always trying to do my best to help the team on the pitch and, overall, I think it’s been all right," Lindelof.
