Tommy Fury went above and beyond for girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague's 21st birthday this week. Fans couldn't believe the lengths the Manchester boxer went to in order to surprise his other half - which included buying her a puppy.

But the pair have now come under fire for the purchase after Molly-Mae admitted the reasons for the late arrival of Pomeranian .

The puppy, which they have called Mr Chai, was imported from Russia during the coronavirus pandemic which hasn't gone down well with the couple's followers.

Fans questioned why it took the dog to so long to arrive after Molly-Mae posted on Instagram and said: "Sat waiting for you, little monster.
