DMX is being mourned all across social media. The legendary rapper, who was the first hip-hop artist ever to top the charts with his first five albums, passed away as of Friday (April 9) at the age of 50 following a heart attack, his family confirmed in a statement.

There is an outpouring of grief and support for DMX‘s family online upon the revelation of the sad news, as fans, collaborators and fellow music industry contemporaries voice their condolences.

Body found in Scots house as police arrest man in connection with death
police probe has been launched after a man was found dead in a Scots town. Emergency services were called out to a house in Drumpark Avenue, Bo’ness, at around 2pm on Saturday April 17.The 39-year-old’s body was discovered inside.Forensics in white suits have been spotted at the property.Police confirmed another 35-year-old man has since been arrested in connection with the death.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2pm on Saturday, 17 April, officers were called to a house in Drumpark Avenue, Bo’ness."A 39 year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
