In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

The mum-of-three decided to touch up her roots with box dye but was too scared to show her fans the end result. Stacey, 30, resorted to colouring her own hair after not being able to visit a hairdresser due to lockdown restrictions.
But when her grey roots were too much for her, she reached for the at home colour to do it herself. Posting a video to her Instagram stories, the Loose Women panellist wore a towel around her head, confessing she was scared to reveal the finished product.
