Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

thesun.co.ukSIMON Cowell is said to be launching a Britain's Got Talent Christmas special. Simon, 60, is planning a festive treat for ITV in the forms of mega ratings with the talent show spectacular.
According to reports, the show will be a "Christmas celebration… featuring some of the greats of BGT" and all of the judges, including Simon - if he has recovered from his back injury.
ITV are hoping the show will head off the BBC’s traditional domination of the festive TV market. It's believed that the likes of Susan Boyle and Paul Potts could be on the line-up as talent bookers have already started approaching former Britain's Got Talent acts.
