Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Radio Heart presenter Amanda was hosting an Instagram Live session with her 1.4 million followers, telling her fans about a recent trip to 60 year old Simon's house when little Hollie made the claim.
Later, when the star mentioned she'd had some homemade biscuits by Simon's chef Jeff, Hollie jumped in quickly to ask whether he's still there during lockdown.
Amanda answered: "Lauren, Simon's girlfriend, sent me some lovely pictures of them cooking together the other day. Simon's quite good at cooking I think.
