Shaughna Phillips may have come across a bubbly and confident young woman on Love Island, but behind the scenes, the former democratic services officer was facing a different reality.The reality star, who recently shared an emotional tribute to her late dad, has opened up about her body insecurities while staying in the villa in South Africa earlier this year.

Before heading onto the reality show, the 26 year old faced years of bullying about the size of her legs and her insecurities only amplified when she appeared on the ITV2 series.
