Roman Kemp has urged "struggling" fans to reach out for support after he was left "devastated" by his friend's untimely death.

The 27 year old had disappeared during a live show on Capital FM Breakfast on 5 August after being told the dreadful news that a former colleague and friend, radio producer Joe Lyons, had died.

Now the reality star has addressed the horrific death of his pal on his TV show Martin and Roman's Sunday Best, issuing an emotional mental health plea to all those who might be struggling with mental health.
