A restaurant which was forced to close after coronavirus restrictions were ignored has now been given the green light to reopen.Grillaz, on Derby Street, in Bolton, was handed a closure order on Thursday, August 20 for failing to enforce social distancing despite multiple warnings.The venue has now been allowed to reopen to customers following an inspection by Bolton Council.Grillaz was subject to a visit from environmental health officers on Thursday, August 27 and council health bosses are now satisfied that sufficient measures are in place to let the business reopen safely.Employees have been reminded of the Covid-19 regulations, an extra staff member has been taken on to help with queue management, floor markings have been installed and.
