The discovery was made at a property on Fairstead in Skelmersdale on Saturday (August 28). Officers say the “sophisticated cannabis cultivation”, which ran throughout the house, had an electrical wiring system which involved an electricity meter bypass.

More than 100 cannabis plants were seized, according to Skelmersdale Police.
