For instance, in these [waves hands around in the air with look of terror and exhaustion on face] times, I find myself craving two specific types of TV shows: funny, heartwarming rom-coms and off-their-rocker insanely soapy dramas.

Parks and Recreation and Schitt's Creek do more than enough to satisfy that first need. The second one has been a bit trickier to fill, but nonetheless I've pressed on, looking for fictional insanity to distract me from real-life insanity.
