Miley Cyrus' dad Billy Ray Cyrus has reportedly filed for divorce from wife Firerose, less than a year after the two tied the knot.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, he listed their date of separation as being Wednesday, 22 May.The Achy Breaky Heart singer got married to Firerose back in October 2023 and the pair took to Instagram to share the news by posting a joint statement alongside a series of snaps from the special occasion.

For the big day, Firerose looked stunning in a long sleeved lace dress, while 62 year old Billy Ray looked suave in a black tuxedo.

Captioning the snaps, they wrote: "10/10/23 will always be the beautiful, joyous day that our two souls united as one in holy matrimony.
