He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.
Bruno Fernandes

Bruno Miguel Borges Fernandes (born 8 September 1994) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for Primeira Liga club Sporting CP and the Portugal national team as a midfielder. Fernandes started his career at Serie B side Novara Calcio and soon featured for Udinese and Sampdoria in Serie A.

In 2017, he signed with Sporting CP where he established himself as one of the best players in the Primeira Liga. He was named the LPFP Primeira Liga Player of the Year in both 2017–18 and 2018–19. In the latter season, he also helped Sporting win the Taça de Portugal. A senior international since 2017, Fernandes represented Portugal at the 2016 Summer Olympics and 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Manchester United fans went from bemoaning Anthony Martial's wastefulness in front of goal, to lauding his Manchester derby opener against Man City — in a matter of seconds.

Martial started sloppily against Man City at Old Trafford, failing to capitalise on a poor Oleksandr Zinchenko backpass and then refusing an obvious square ball to Bruno Fernandes early on.

The Frenchman can blow hot and cold but retains the support of his manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as United's main centre forward.

And he showed why,  as he scored seconds after hitting the ball tamely at Ederson instead of playing in Fernandes, anticipating a chipped free-kick from the Portuguese playmaker and then catching out the City goalkeeper at the near post.
