LOVE Island fans have been left sniggering after newcomer Chuggs Wallis revealed the "baby" reason behind his strange nickname.

Fans of the show had guessed that the new hunk's moniker could be linked to 'chugging booze' or even a surname like 'Chugwell'.

But Chuggs, 23, has revealed that it is actually a "baby name" mash-up made using the words 'cuddles and hugs'. During his first date with Sharon Gaffka, 25, Chuggs explained: "It's my nickname, like a baby name.

Cuddles and hugs." He added: "My Christian name is Oliver." Sharon, a civil servant from Oxford, told him: "Okay...that's cute.
