dailyrecord.co.ukoch Lomond Rugby Club’s Beechwood home proved a big hit with players. Hosted by Onside Performance, the five day camp in July saw youngsters spend a full-on week training and playing in the baking summer sun.
And Loch’s Iain Norrie was delighted to see the club’s young players enjoying themselves after a difficult 15 months where little rugby was played.
He told the Lennox: “It was very successful.“The kids didn’t have anything but absolute praise for the whole event. Although I think they were quite exhausted by the end, because it was quite intense playing games and training for five days.“Everybody that I spoke to had a fantastic time.
