Caroline Flack
Caroline Louise Flack (born 9 November 1979) is an English radio and television presenter. She began her career as an actress, starring in Bo' Selecta! in 2002 and has since presented various ITV2 spin-off shows such as I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! from 2009 until 2010 and The Xtra Factor from 2011 until 2013. Flack won the twelfth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and the following year began presenting main series such as Love Island and The X Factor replacing long-standing presenter Dermot O'Leary.
Laura Whitmore
Laura Whitmore (born 4 May 1985) is an Irish presenter and actress, known for presenting I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! and Survival of the Fittest. In January 2020, Whitmore is set to present Love Island and its spinoff series, Love Island: Aftersun.

Laura Whitmore 'could earn £20k per week from West End show' after Love Island exit

Love Island's Laura Whitmore is reportedly set to earn up to £20,000 a week after landing herself a role in a hit West End play.The presenter and 37 year old DJ will be taking over from Doctor Who's Mandip Gill to star as Jenny – a character previously played by Giovanna Fletcher and Lily Allen – in 2:22 A Ghost Story.

She was given the role shortly after stepping down as the host of Love Island, and will perform in up to eight performances a week at London's Criterion theatre – a job which will earn her big bucks.

An industry booker told The Mirror: “Laura has inked herself a very good deal. She will be on around £2,500 per show if things go well.

She’ll have signed something like a £1,500 per performance deal. "It will be tiered so when sales hit 70% capacity, she will get another £500 and when they reach 85%, another £500.” OK!
