In a now-deleted comment, an Instagram user dubbed Carl "stepdad 4756" in response to Carl's comment calling Harvey a "total warrior." Carl, who has been pals with Katie for years but was set up with the mum-of-five by a mutual friend around a month ago, replied: "You're clever mate, putting a muggy comment on a picture about a young lad that’s in intensive care." The troll, who went by the user name mcgraner84, defended himself as he replied: "It was to you, not Harvey."
