Along with little brother Prince Louis, the young royals are looking forward to starting new school Lambrook in just a few weeks after William and Kate moved the family from London to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.
Like so many other parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge now face the challenge of getting everything the youngsters need for the year ahead, including uniform, PE kit and stationary.
However, it appears that when Kate previously took George and Charlotte for the dreaded back-to-school shop, it didn't all go according to plan, the Mirror reports.
In 2018, she was spotted with her two eldest children looking for school shoes in the Peter Jones department store in London.
