When the 53-year-old visited her husband on Sunday she took a snap of a sign erected in the ward - where Derek is staying - and uploaded the photo to her Instagram page.
The board was covered in pen that read: "To all beautiful/handsome creatures. This is for you."Don't give up on this year. Keep fighting for the good.
