JESSIE J has updated fans on her Meniere's disease diagnosis by revealing she's on medication and feeling much better. The singer, 32, recorded a video for her fans overnight to explain how she's been affected by the inner ear condition, which can cause vertigo, nausea and tinnitus.

We previously reported how she spent Christmas Eve in an LA ear hospital after losing her hearing and being left unable to sing properly.

Speaking from her bed at home, she reassure fans she was OK. She said: "I'm grateful I went early and they worked out what it was real quick.
