James, 34, who has lost a whopping 14 stone in recent years, posed holding his microphone in the Instagram stories snap. The reality TV star could be seen smiling, looking suave in the baby blue jacket - which he paired with a cream shirt and white trousers.
James, who stood on a lit-up stage next to a drum kit for the photograph, completed his look by slicking back his dark hair.
