In a new interview about his upcoming Netflix movie, the 40-year-old actor revealed that the crew relied a lot on Zoom to get the film made in just 11 days time. “We were a slave to a particular technology, which was Zoom,” he explained to The Verge. “And that creates a rhythm.
Even in our introductions, we would come on, and you don’t want to interrupt someone. That’s the essence of acting: rhythm.” Jake continued, “When your rhythm is dictated to you by a technological thing, it leaves less room for something feeling alive.
