thesun.co.ukGOGGLEBOX viewers were in hysterics tonight after listening to Jamie Oliver's "erotic" description of a spatchcock chicken. The celebrity chef showed how he created his delicious dish - and the professional couch potatoes were tickled by how excited he got.
Jamie said: "A simple piece of butchery that everyone can do - cut down the back of the chicken and open it out like a book. "We put this in here and get that vinegar, oil and garlic and have a proper rub up. "We'll use all the garlic and chillies to rub that marinade all over the chicken.
Beautiful." He then pulled out the chicken's bone from its leg after cooking it in a wood-fired oven for an hour. "That's what you call a mouthful of joy," said Jamie.
