Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. glamour.comJimmy Kimmel Live that unlike her Amazonian character, she is all too mortal: She accidentally chopped off the tip of her finger while chopping up a salad.Reflecting on the early days of the pandemic, recalled a sudden urge to make cabbage salad after drinking at 11 a.m. “I started to chop the thing, and I chopped the top of my finger,” she admitted.
Kimmel said he'd done the same thing with a block of parmesan cheese, and now neither celebrity now has any feeling at the end of their finger.“Anyway, Yaron [Varsano, her husband] went to the chopping board and he held the finger,” she recalled.
Apparently, he was so disgusted that “he threw it into the garbage disposal.” Since the flesh was gone, she didn't even go to the hospital.
