She claimed she felt “frozen” and unable to stop him as he pinned her to his bed, ripped off her thong and raped her while repeatedly calling her “a dirty little slut”.Brown (27) denied raping the woman at his home in Comely Bank, Perth, on February 1, 2019, and told a jury at the High Court in Livingston that a second woman who alleged he had sexually assaulted her with a vibrator and a whip handle was also lying.
