The star shared footage of the trip to Instagram for her 3.7 million followers to see, and it looked incredible. From a boat trip on the river surrounded by swans to foot massages and champagne, it was definitely a mini-break to remember.
The duo stayed in the London's Mandarin Oriental Hotel and their room was scattered with rose petals and filled with red balloons, ice cream and truffles.
