ok.co.ukDr Alex George is hard at work on Christmas Day this year, selflessly dedicating his day to others in need on the A&E ward.The former Love Island star, 30, opened up on his "tough" first Christmas without his brother Llŷr, who tragically took his own life in July this year, aged just 20.l Dr Alex explained he could not be with his family this year due to coronavirus restrictions, but he said he had a strong sense of purpose in being able to work at the hospital.
He shared a photo of himself outside the hospital entrance, sporting a festive blue knitted jumper with "NHS" written all over it.
