A “shielded” disabled woman’s family say she has been crying all week after police warned they might have to fine her for having too many visits from people caring for her.Officers who arrived at the woman’s Edinburgh sheltered housing complex told her son there had been an anonymous complaint, and they might be forced to issue a fine if they received another one.The son said: “Mum cannot leave the house for 12 weeks.
