It was a quick fight between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier that had a nasty ending. The two mixed martial artist took to the octagon during the UFC 264 main event on Saturday night (July 10) at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Towards the end of the first round, Dustin hit Conor with combination. When Conor went to plant his left foot, his leg buckled, sending him to the mat in severe pain.
While Conor was down, Dustin followed up with several punches as the time ran out. With Conor clearly in pain, the referee called the match.
