The West Ham United loanee went close to scoring his first Bolton goal in last night's victory over the Cumbrians. He saw his strike rebound off the post and Eoin Doyle was on hand to slot home his 18th strike of the season as the Whites picked up three points.

Afolayan was one of stars against Carlisle, with the hosts struggling to deal with him and the Premier League loanee won several free kicks after being fouled.
