A woman who spent £570 on a cosmetic lip procedure has been let looking like 'Homer Simpson'. TikTok star Jade had a pricey 'lip flip' procedure where the skin is lightly burnt so that when it heals, it subtly alters the shape of her face.

Reportedly popular with celebrities, it is said to give the illusion of fuller lips but afterwards the brown marks were very pronounced. She shared her side-effects in a TikTok video but was told by a viewer that she looked more like 'Homer Simpson'.Uploading TikTok videos under @thatgirljadee, she said: "This is my video explaining what the hell is on my face because when I do tell them, they don't know what I'm talking about.

So this is me killing all of those questions in one video."What this is, is these are all little dots, little burns - it burns your flesh, I could smell it."Basically what it's going to do, is when it heals, it's going to tighten my skin and flip my lip upwards, making my lips appear bigger, because they will be bigger."It's a lip flip basically."They do the same thing with a breast lift and crow's feet."It's f**king awesome." Jade said her treatment cost £570 ($750) and added it will take a few weeks for the burn marks to subside.

Her video had over 1.4 million views on TikTok, and many people commented on the clip and said the same thing. One said: "Kinda like Homer Simpson with a three o'clock shadow." Then a second wrote: "There's no way dealing with that side effect is worth the end result."And a third added: "I thought you went crazy with some chocolate."Although some people said they wouldn't want to deal with the side effect, others said they found the procedure "actually really cool".ktkatastrophe commented: "I've heard this procedure works WONDERS!
