Sinead Kennedy will be on maternity leave to welcome her first child into the world in under a month and while she’s gone someone will need to keep her seat warm on RTÉ’s Today Show.
The soon-to-be new mum presents the show with Dáithí Ó’Sé on Mondays and Tuesdays since Maura Derrane secured the wonderful work-life balance she had been craving so as to spend more time with her son.
RTÉ sources told EVOKE that there are now two names in the mix to take over from Sinead while she’s off beginning an exciting new chapter of her life.
Anna Geary and Blathnaid Treacy are the presenters who are being considered for the gig according to sources close to the show.
