Travis Barker has shared an update amid reports that the Blink-182 drummer is being treated in hospital for pancreatitis. The All The Small Things hit-maker was pictured being carried into Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning, with wife Kourtney Kardashian by his side.
Prior to that, to he had raised concern among fans when he cryptically tweeted “God help me”. Daughter Alabama Barker, 16, then asked for prayers on social media.
Miss Barker has since posted a picture of her hand placed next to her dad’s with his distinctive tattoos on show. Thanking fans for their support, she wrote: “Thank you guys for all of the prayers and love, I appreciate you & love all of you. ”While neither Mr Barker nor reality TV star Kardashian, 43, have commented publicly about his illness, US news outlet TMZ have claimed sources connected to the family have said he has pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), which doctors reportedly believe resulted from a prior colonoscopy. “He was in extreme pain yesterday, and he and Kourtney were both really worried,” a source close to Kardashian told E!
News. “It was to the point where he could barely walk. ”God save meFollowing a night in hospital, Barker is reportedly expected to “be okay and is doing better today”.
