Emily, 32, was enjoying the attention, which happened in full view of Giovanni's Strictly co-stars, plus her pal Laura Whitmore, 36, at the music ceremony's most debauched bash.
A partygoer told MailOnline: 'Giovanni set his sights on Emily from the get-go. He made a beeline for her and was very persistent. 'He held her hands and waist and during one intimate moment caressed her face, before the pair left the club to have a cigarette together. 'Protective Giovanni helped Emily to keep her balance in her long dress and heels as she walked towards the curtained exit. 'After rejoining the party, Emily looked happy to be close to Giovanni but was also conscious not to overdo it in front of his Strictly co-stars. 'MailOnline has contacted Emily and Giovanni's representatives for comment.
The TV comic, who wore a sultry Stella McCartney gown, partied at London's The Box, known for its risqué performances, until gone 3am.
