Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. Simon Cowell has candidly opened up about his near-fatal accident four years ago during a chat with Steven Bartlett on the Diary Of A CEO podcast.The entertainment mogul reflected on the harrowing experience, revealing just how fortunate he feels to have survived.

Back in 2020, the X Factor icon experienced a "very serious" mishap while riding an electric motorbike in Malibu. It resulted in him falling off and requiring several hours of intense surgery.

Steven Bartlett chimed in, recalling the challenging times: "Unfortunately at the time of the pandemic so we're all trapped inside.

You were on an electric motorbike where you had an accident and broke your back in three places." Detailing the intense aftermath, Bartlett added: "You had a very intense six-hour surgery, which included having a metal rod put into your back to stabilize it.
