After Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti were crowned the winners of the latest series of Love Island, a whole new host of singletons will be thinking about applying for the next season of the show. And while spending your days in a sun-soaked villa in Mallorca may seem like a dream come true, a stay in the Love Island villa requires contestants to abide by a strict set of weird and wonderful rules.

Shaughna Phillips enjoyed a lavish baby shower as she gets ready to give birth to her first child, days before reportedly being rushed to hospital after heading into early labour.The former Love Islander, 28, was treated to a teddy bear themed party complete with giant stuffed animals, a huge fruit platter and loads of white and gold balloons.The party also included a bar that served both cocktails and mocktails and a three-tiered white, silver and gold cake. Shaughna was joined by her closest pals for the party, including fellow former Islanders Paige Turley and Demi Jones, who she starred with in the first series of Winter Love Island back in January 2020.

SUPERBIKE race ace CARL FOGARTY’s daughter Claudia is to join Winter Love Island. The beauty, whose dad won I’m A Celeb in 2014, runs clothing boutique Storm Fashion with sister Danielle and is no stranger to posing in a holiday bikini on social media. An insider on ITV2’s Love Island, being filmed in South Africa, tells me: “Claudia is ready to strut into the villa imminently.
