Veterans’ call to get Scots soldiers help after unit hit by triple tragedy
British Army’s newest regiment will need counselling after their unit was hit by a triple tragedy, according to military veterans.Reservist soldiers of the Scottish and North Irish Yeomanry have lost a comrade in a horror bike crash – the third death to hit the unit in just over a year.Trooper Willis Vogel was tragically killed in a road smash in Northern Ireland. His death comes just months after female medic Brodie Gillon, who served in the same reservist unit, was killed by a rocket attack in Iraq.Her death came almost exactly a year after one of her comrades in the same unit died in a training accident.
