Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

The 19-year-old Uruguayan moved to Old Trafford back in the summer of 2020 and joined the Spanish club temporarily on a short-term deal in January this year.
Last season, Pellistri would make 12 appearances for Alaves - impressing in his short time at the club. This past summer, United agreed to send Pellistri to Alaves for a second term, with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sanctioning the move away.
Since rejoining the Spanish side, Pellistri has struggled. So much so, that he has recently faced criticism in the local media.
