The former glamour model, 43, has just had major cosmetic surgery in Turkey in a bid to recapture her youth. While Carl has been supportive, he thought she was head and shoulders above every other women before she went under the knife.
He told Closer magazine: "Katie is the ultimate woman - there’s nobody like her. She’s the British version of Pamela Anderson and she runs rings around the Love Island girls in every way." Pamela was the ultimate 90s pin-up thanks to her famous red swimsuit on beach drama Baywatch.
