In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Stacey described how the small kitchenette between her 13 year old son Zachary and nine year old son Leighton's bedrooms had become a 'workman's kitchen' following the renovations on her utility room and the mum-of-three wanted to transform the space for her boys.Taking to her Instagram story, Stacey said: "Right boys are fed, bathed and settling down so I'm going to see what I can do in here.This is their little sink/cupboardy.
