The Oscar-winning actress is trying to stay on top of keeping fit by committing to at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, and in a new op-ed for Women’s Health magazine, she admitted that she tries to get her six-year-old son involved as much as possible. “I try to catch 10 minutes here and there with the goal of doing at least 30 total minutes of more formal exercise per day.
