Former Bolton striker Adam Le Fondre believes Wanderers need a 'massive rebuild' in the coming months and will be a 'big scalp' next season if relegation to League Two comes to pass.
Wanderers are facing the large prospect of relegation due to being bottom of League One and 21 points from safety. They have 10 games to go this campaign, though it remains unclear when or if these will be played in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
Remaining games in divisions below the EFL have been cancelled, with the National League confirming earlier this week that matches still to be played in its top three divisions will now not go ahead, though promotion and relegation issues are yet to be decided.
