Every leisure and cultural venue run by South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture (SLLC) are to close.The venues will be closed from tomorrow (Wednesday, March 18).In response to the coronavirus outbreak, all leisure and sports facilities, libraries, art galleries, town halls and Low Parks Museum will no longer be available for public use.The move follows recent guidance from the the Scottish and UK governments, which recommends people avoid non-essential social contact.SLLC have said that, while the facilities are closed, membership fees will automatically be frozen while anyone who has paid for classes or other services that cannot be delivered will be contacted to arrange a refund.Existing day care service provision will continue in leisure
