Manchester United defender Eric Bailly has jokingly taken credit for yesterday's victory against Manchester City in the Premier League.
United completed the league double over their rivals thanks to goals from Anthony Martial and Scott McTominay. The Reds battled hard to defend their lead, with Bailly replacing Brandon Williams on 78 minutes to shore up the defence.
During his brief spell on the pitch, the Ivorian did the job Ole Gunnar Solskjaer asked of him - winning all of his defensive duels, registering three interceptions and completing two clearances.
After the game, Bailly took to Instagram to praise the efforts of his teammates and joked his introduction was the reason they sealed all three points.
